I sized it perfectly online - edge to edge and it came printed half the size in the center barely legible Highly disappointed in the quality checks. I bought my boyfriend a pair of jorts to celebrate his graduation, to which I ironed on this high-quality, beautiful patch! I used my premium subscription with the BeautyPlus App to change one of our graduation photos into a cartoon depiction, which I was then easily able to transfer into Zazzle's custom sizer.
