I ordered 3 of these items @ 12/7 and was told by a rep that expected delivery would be 12/18 the latest. I stated I needed it by 12/21.
It is 12/22 and still have not received this order. I am extremely disappointed. The turnaround time for this order should have been expedited especially during this time of year.
Will not consider this company for future gifts. I would not know since I’m still waiting for the items to arrive
