The maker has improved the quality of the box, no chips on this one. The larger 3" size now has a felt bottom which is a nice touch. The orientation of the lid magnets has become random (not always left/right, which is preferable), but this is a minor point. Overall the boxes are very nice. Image on the lid always excellent and true to design and colors. Never disappoints.

These small boxes are delightful, and I love the magnetic closure. To be frank, sometimes this maker sends less-than-perfect boxes (small chips, scratches, which they always redo), but this time the box was perfect. Yay!! The images on the lid always turn out lovely, have never once had an issue with those. Colors always great and the lids have a nice finish, very smooth. These are sweet boxes on their own or tuck a surprise inside.
