Crimson Maple Leaves - Custom Faux Canvas

A local woodland walk in autumn led to the discovery of a Japanese Maple tree(Acer palmatum) that stood out from the English trees with its unique character and crimson radiance among the greenery. The red-leaved wonder was one of the first to flaunt its vibrant Autumn colors, foreshowing the change of season. LOCATION: Ashford Warren and Hoads Wood is a 34.5-hectare (85-acre) open woodland and nature reserve north of Ashford in Kent, the Garden of England, in the United Kingdom. This site features a ‘relic’ wood pasture with veteran trees and a nationally rare acid grassland, situated adjacent to two major roads and the rapid urban development of Ashford, as well as a railway line that passes through it. Ashford Warren & Hoads Wood is owned by the Ashford Borough Council and is managed by the conservation charity, Kent Wildlife Trust. The forest shares part of its name with the nearby Hoads Wood SSSI. However, Hoads Wood is not managed by KWT.
