Croatian Coat of Arms of Slavonia Gold Shield Patch
This patch features the coat of arms of Slavonia. It is the 5th shield in the crown of the Croatian coat of arms. The shield contains two white stripes on a sky blue background which represents two rivers that enclose Slavonia, the Drava and the Sava. Between them is a red field with a black marten (Croatian kuna, national currency), referring to the historical use of marten pelts as units of value in medieval trading. In the upper blue field is a yellow (golden) six-pointed star.
