The product is beautiful, i ordered it and it arrived in time for a birthday gift. It was exactly as i expected. The product requires a AA battery which i tried to insert and it does not fit. I tried to squeeze in the battery but it is not a match so it came with a defect. They sound me a bad item. I tried to email customer service and they asked for pictures. I provided pictures just as they asked and they emailed me back asking to me insert the battery all the way........ i can’t insert a battery where it does not fit! The printing came out amazing and exactly what i expected it to.

Great price for a very nice product. Arrived a day early - unheard of these days. The outside gold area has a little more orange tone to it than shown in the picture. Great packing so product can't get damaged. I used the same packing to forward the clock to my brother and sister-on-law for the 50th wedding anniversary. Printing was just as expected - lovely!
