I have not yet received this product. I ordered the product on November 21, 2023. It has not yet been delivered. I spoke with your customer service representative on December 7. He informed THAT: 1. Package was lost at postal center in Bensenville, IL. 2. It would take 4 days to remake the order. 3. Shipment would be expedited. 4. I should receive the order by Dec 15. If I don’t get a cogent explanation or receive merchandize by this point, I would like a total refund of $136.21. I had a similar experience during this time last year. YOUR PRODUCTS ARE GENERALLY SATISFACTORY! HOWEVER I WILL REFRAIN FROM ORDERING DURING HOLIDAY SEASON,. N.A.
