This experience was easy and I paid for the expedited shipping (an additional $24) because I knew i was a bit late to the game and we were leaving for a surprise birthday party. It looked like the product was created and was sent to be shipped where it sat. So I believe the lateness is on the shipper although caused great stress for me not having the bd gift to present; it arrived the day AFTER we left. The issue is that although I paid for the expedited shipping when I inquired they don't guarantee and therefore I received NOTHING back for my expedited shipping costs and the product was late, so buyer beware if you need it expedited. The product itself is beautiful and well made.

Great price for a very nice product. Arrived a day early - unheard of these days. The outside gold area has a little more orange tone to it than shown in the picture. Great packing so product can't get damaged. I used the same packing to forward the clock to my brother and sister-on-law for the 50th wedding anniversary. Printing was just as expected - lovely!
