Custom Modern 519 Name Tag

A simple modern design. A black background with a simple light green rectangle located on the far left and centered. The color of the green rectangle on the front, the green text and the green stripe on the back can be changed, when customizing change the background color to change the color of the green rectangle, then change the color of the green text on front and back to match it, if you have any questions on how to do this I would more than happy to help!
