Custom Name Social Worker graduation Gifts Wooden Box Sign

The item I received is not what I ordered. I chose the slat option which is listed on my invoice but received the flat option. Also the box is poorly painted leaving large areas where the wood shows through and the letters are not as vivid as advertised. I am unhappy with this purchase, it is not what I ordered and not something I would spend 25 plus shipping on. .
