My overall experience was wonderful. The picture on the front board looks great. The foam board is durable and of great quality. However, my first board, the back side picture had a crease in the middle and once I let Zazzle Customer Service know, they sent me a replacement immediately which was received within a week. The second board came out perfect and as expected. Couldn't have asked for more! The colors and image quality were just on point. At first, I was worried it would look blurry but it came out just fine. I liked how when you added the photos to the board when editing/personalizing, it would tell you if the photo would look blurry so I avoided using those pictures. I would definitely order similar boards in the future.
