I got this ornament for my grandmother with a photo of her and her 5 great grandsons, which she loved! My only complaint is that I felt the price was VERY high for the ornament itself. The print quality was good, but I didn't realize the photo would have a glossy "snowflake-ish" over print

Quality was good, but slightly disappointing. The photo was installed upside down (with the string loop on the bottom), with no easy way to move it around without risking destroying it. So I hooked the string onto the other side where there is no loop, and it does fall off if it is moved much. Photo quality was good, as expected. Not as crisp as some of the other things I've had printed at Zazzle, but clear enough for an ornament.
