Custom Printing! Trucker Hat

We purchased a quantity of these hats printed with a not-for-profit organization's Logo for staff members. The hats are decent quality using a plastic-like plastic woven fabric with a foam front panel, The hat's are generously sized, even for someone with a large head. They probably won't fit children even if set to the smallest adjustment position. Our logo was crisply printed with fairly accurate colors. However, on about half of the hats purchased, the logo was tilted slightly, which is obvious when looking at the front of the hat. On the others it was positioned correctly. The hats with the "tilted" logo printing are OK and usable, but are obviously not printed perfectly. It's only a small tilt, possibly 5-degrees or so, but is visually apparent.

really cheap for such high durable long lasting quality using different color inks. I think its because they mass produce for a lot of customers is why how they can deliver good lasting quality that is environmental friendly without compromising durability. was great. but light colors or light color letters on dark background has not been best looking unless if its white on black and not light blue on black.
