The clock is a mixed bag. The hands are made of very flimsy plastic and the mechanism is exposed. The photo I added below tries to show this. I had assumed the clock face and hands were behind glass or something similar. That said, the portion of the clock where the image is printed is quite nice. The image is nice and shiny and printed true to the preview.

The clock looks beautiful. The customization process was easy and it turned out exactly as I hoped. I haven't yet put the batteries in and tested it as a clock (as it is a gift) but assuming it works I couldn't be more pleased. Perfectly.
