Custom Winter Bear Badge Button

We used yearbook photos and made nametag buttons for a high school reunion. These turned out perfectly! Exactly as pictured, they were packed well, and shipped quickly. Best of all, they were a HIT at the reunion! Highly recommend.

I submitted a prior review, which did not get posted, which tells me there is a lack of transparency/reviews are scrutinized and not all posted by Zazzle. Hopefully this one gets posted as it’s important for consumers to understand all experiences. This item had to be redone because the first one, as in the picture I attached, had the head cut off. When I first contacted customer service about it, they indicated it was my error due to the editing tool. Certainly I would never submit an order with the head cut off. The final product I reviewed before submitting the order did *not* have the head cut off. I re-ordered the product under a different order because I needed it right away. After a couple of back-and-forth emails with customer service, they did refund me for the original order. Disappointed in the time I had to take to re-order and get this straightened out with the refund.
