This bag is thick, durable, has ample dimensions to hold groceries or anything else. The personalization feature turned out just as I wanted and expected. Delivered very quickly. Thanks for a great product. The printing was perfect. But I chose a red background and it was too dark and the printing was not readable. I contacted customer support - they refunded the whole cost (even though it was my 'fault'), and I have reordered the bag with a lighter backgound. Choose a light background color!
