cut and sew sheet music frame pin ornament fabric
4 cut and sew patterns to make up to 4 convertible sheet music frame pin ornaments per fat quarter, 15 sheet music frame pin ornaments if you buy a yard
The table frame converts to a name badge / pin & then into a tree ornament!
The panels have my song, that I composed when I was 15, and then written properly as sheet music for arranging and composing class, age 18, in 1992, with my song's sheet music for "Keep Of The Promise"
600 dpi resolution scan of my handwritten song, formatted to fit inside 4 of the 6 panels:
front or panel 1
panel facing through picture window, where the notes align, on panel 3, that connects to panel 2 to make the photo pocket
easel back panel or panel 4
front facing strut leg panel
inside facing strut leg or back panel, and 2nd inside facing front panel, or panel 2, are just black lines and gray circle holes
there is even a black lined box area for where to place Velcro / hook & loop
Just iron Therm o Web HeatnBond Ultrahold interfacing to the back of the fabric, to give the panels structure and stability - Ultrahold will help the panels keep crisp line and 90 degree angles, and clean, non fraying circle hole edges to hole punch
Circle holes on panels 2 & 3, to connect the holes with ribbon to make the photo pocket, as well as panel 4, or back panel, are for threading ribbon through holes to hang frame or as ornament!
The 3x4" finished tabletop picture frame converts to a name badge brooch costume jewelry lapel pin, and also converts to a hanging ornament! The easel strut leg panels & metal 1 1/4" brooch metal pin back are removable / interchangeable, the strut leg can connect with Velcro / hook & loop
5 combed cotton yards of this cut & sew pattern fabric plus 3 rolls of 5 yard roll of Ultrahold (as low as $4.40 per 5 yard roll at Michaels when you use a 60% off coupon on each roll), can make enough for wedding reception or shower with 80 guests, as favors or table name place card holders!
Instructions:
-Iron Ultrahold to back of fabric, cover all of the panels
-Cut out 6 panels for each frame pin ornament
-Trim to flaps that fold under, also called seam allowances, and cut away excess at outer and cut into inner corners, cut out centers on panels 1 & 2
-Hole punch or poke out and cut out circle holes with pointy, sharp, small embroidery like scissors - Fiskars makes a non-stick pair of scissors
-Remove paper backing from Ultrahold
-Fold under seam allowances or flaps
-Thread 1/8" wide by 2 feet of ribbon through holes, in both directions, to connect panels 2 & 3, facing each other, to make photo pocket, knot and glue down on both side
-Place / glue / sew panel 1, or front, on top of panel 2
-Place / glue / sew easel back or panel 4 to panel 3

felt
fleece
clear heavy gauge vinyl

Please seam rip thread around edge of fat quarter or yard, as manufacturer surges the outer edge of the fabric before sending, so it won't fray
