This little dog was rescued by Ginger's Pet Rescue. Her name is Lei Lei, her and 16 other Chihuahuas were seized from a California puppy mill and brought to Washington by Ginger's Pet Rescue. All of the Chihuahuas needed to be altered and many had severe dental problems. Lei Lei's teeth were so bad that all but three were removed, that is why her tongue hangs out of her mouth. As you can imagine the vet bill was very large and Ginger's Pet Rescue could use your help.
