The graphic totally captures my pony's essence, so I HAD to have it, plus a couple extras for gifts. Mug is well-balanced, glaze is super smooth. There was a mistake fulfilling the order and 1 item was damaged in shipping, but these were promptly addressed by the support team. I'm completely satisfied. Printing was just great - just like the picture an no smearing. (first shipment contained something I hadn't ordered, but that was quickly corrected)
