An original love greeting card that's suitable for lovers of dogs, endearing images or simply anything original and cute. This lovely card has a picture of “Badger” on the front. Badger was a very special border collie dog, he was a rescue dog and he lived to be 16 years old. This faithful and loyal boy spent almost every moment with his “mum.” He was a working dog and she was a gardener, they made the perfect pair, but sadly he passed away a few years ago. I painted this portrait of Badger before he passed on, he always carried his little blue teddy around with him so the teddy was very fitting to his portrait. I think Badger the collie dog looks great on this love greeting card because he’s offering his favourite toy to let his mum know he loves her, this special dog had such a lot of love in his heart and he wanted to share it with everyone. The card can be sent as a Valentines day card, a Birthday card or simply to tell someone that you love them. The card has an original and loving short non ryming verse. The original artwork for Badgers pet portrait is painted in soft pastel.

The card arrived exactly as described the only thing I didn't expect was that it was going to be a paper card. I thought from the title "faux letter" I thought it was going to be a pleather card. This is why I took off one star as well as the card being slightly bent. The paper quality is good but it should've been shipped enclosed between stiff cardboard to avoid the card being bent during the shipping process. It wasn't bent badly. I think if I place it underneath a heavy flat box it'll be okay. Ordered it on June 15th and recieved it June 30th. So I think the time it took was good considering this is a custom item. The print came out great! I just wish the material of the card wasn't paper. I bought this for my 3rd anniversary (leather anniversary) and wanted the material to be leather to keep with the theme. At least the image is of letter so that'll kind of be our little insider joke. Otherwise, the card is great and I have no complaints. Can't wait to give it to my husband.
