Cute Owl Couple Personalized for Wedding Tote Bag

Ordered these for my bridesmaids gifts and was happy with the results. Bags aren't true white like in the picture. They are more a whiteish tan color - looks like recycled material almost. Fabric was good and image came out well, although it also was much lighter then the image on the computer. Printing color was much lighter then image on computer screen so beware.

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.

I ordered these for my future flower girls with their names personalize. They came out great! The tote is a little more yellow than white in appearance. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to ship so please allow time for your order but this also could’ve been due to Covid. Excellent printing and fabric quality! The printing turned out great there were no mistakes! Everything exactly as shown!
