Cute Puppy Dog Blue White Dedham Delft Trivet

Timeless and popular, dark blue and white combine with a cute puppy dog image, bordered by an antique Delft / Dedham inspired puppy and ball design. This was originally painted with ceramic underglazes and kiln fired for a rich, distinctive appearance. The glaze I used was a "crackle" glaze, mimicking the cracked look of old pottery. As a tile mural, the grout lines are visible. Great as a trivet or home decor accessory. Zazzle also sells perfect frames and keepsake boxes to showcase your tile. From the pictures we needed to replace two tiles that had the old toothbrush and soap dish and the tile guy said two tiles would have to be removed. The tiles were PERFECT! just a slight color difference to the naked eye but they match pretty darn good. Tile guy had to shave the back because the 1957 tile was thinner but as you can see it worked out great! We are elated over the moon happy, Thank you!
