The mug is very cute and arrived on time. It was shipped by UPS with the words fragile, handle with care. It is very clear that someone intentionally punched a hole in the box intending to damage. Unfortunately I couldn't find an email address or phone number to let the company know. Photos below. Love it! I have not put hot liquid in it yet but it's a sturdy mug and looks exactly as the picture when I ordered.
