This is unprecedented in today’s market...and this company is exceptional. I don’t say lightly. On occasion, I have made a couple mistakes with my ordering—not them—and they never give me a hard time and go above and beyond to help and fix things. The follow-through to make sure things are happening with a REAL PERSON is so nice. This keychain was well-made and very professional looking. It certainly looked more expensive than what I paid and I feel like it really tied together the favors nicely. I received many compliments for the thoughtfulness of the personal touch and that was easy to do at such an affordable price! Printing quality is never ever an issue with zazzle products in my experience, and this keychain was no different. The glitter isn’t real glitter; however, the printing effect makes it look as real as possible!
