The items received are of significantly lower quality than the listing images and description suggested. The pens lack the professional build quality promised, making them unsuitable for use. Given the discrepancy between the advertised product and the received goods, I am requesting a full refund of the total purchase price ($41.92). I am happy to return the items upon receipt of a return shipping label. You can see the overlap and it doesn’t have the faux sparkles. It was hyped up by the lights reflection.

I printed a custom pattern with my web site. Many comments on the high quality of the pen. I was very pleased with the result. Printing was terrific.

Beautiful design. I purchased it because I have an ever growing collection of items with this design. Design is crisp and very well done. I love it!
