Darlingtonia californica, Carnivorous Plant Postcard

This pretty postcard features a beautiful botanical drawing of the carnivorous plant Darlingtonia californica. Also called the California Pitcher Plant, Cobra Plant, or Cobra Lily, it is the only member of the genus Darlingtonia in the family Sarraceniaceae. The text on the front of the postcard reads: “Cobra Plant Darlingtonia californica”. The text on the back states: “Darlingtonia californica, Cobra Plant. Native to southwestern Oregon and northern California, it grows in bogs and seeps with cold running water. The common name Cobra Plant comes from how its tubular leaves resemble a rearing cobra.” You can customize the text to whatever you want, or delete it, you can also change the background or text color, if you’d like.
