Each Chili is wearing a sombrero hat that has a skull of the opposite color to the chili on it in celebration of the Mexican Day of the Dead festival, Dia De Los Muertos. The sombrero also contains three flowers with alternating red and green petals representing the flag of Mexico. There is custom text so you can include a message on the back.
