Almost perfect, and it's not really your fault that it's not 100%. It's hard to see in the photograph, but the gradient came out kind of grainy at the bottom of the logo. Not a huge deal.. Lesson learned, use the solid version of the logo. Overall, the quality is great. The magnet back comes separately with attached double sided sticky tape. No big deal, but just FYI to other buyers.
