I bought this mug to replace the 11 oz varient I had inadvertently purchased (already reviewed). I was disappointed when it first arrived because there were two casting flaws on the handle which I found irritating and would occasionally pick at. I worked with your staff to receive a replacement. The replacement has arrived and is in perfect condition. I use it nearly every day, alternating it with the Hydrogen Barackside cartoon mug I also purchased from Zazzle. The printing turned out great.

I made a mistake when I ordered this product and didn't realize that I had to click on a style button to get the 15 oz version of this mug so I was not happy when I got it. Since it was my fault for not taking the time to figure out how your web site worked I gave this away as a gift to a relative and ordered what I had originally wanted, the 15 oz version. The printing turned out just fine on this mug.
