She was blessed - or cursed - with uncommon beauty, charm, and morals, but then perhaps they all were, for the God Apollo became smitten with not only Cassandra but also Sibyl-of-Cumae. They were not swayed, however, for Cassandra granted him only one kiss after his pet snakes gifted her with second sight. Sibyl-of-Cumae, on the other hand, bargained away a night in the sack with Apollo for immortality. She refused to live up to her end of the deal, though, and kept her legs closed & virtue intact."
