I can't really rate the size b/c I find it hard w/dog clothes. They always run so different. But they did fit the dogs and the look really cute in them. One is a little darker than the other, but I'm guessing that's a size issue.

the t shirt quality is fair. They do run rather small as other reviews have attested. I was glad that I read them as o/w my dog usually takes a small as he weighs 10lbs. It would have been a bikini top if I got the small. good and seems pretty sturdy
