A beautiful watercolor and ink design created by the talented Melissa Wang. Our eyes are drawn to the center of this piece where we find London's own Big Ben. Perhaps 3.00 pm was a significant time to the gifted artist as portrayed on the clock's face. Situated at the left of Big Ben, is the Palace of Westminster; the meeting place of the House of Common and the House of Lords. Both these houses make up the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
