Overall the ornament was a beautiful way to commemorate our engagement, being we got engaged on Christmas. Took a long time to be made though! As I was customizing the ornament online, I noticed the font was small but I thought it was just the computer program for the customization. There were not font size options. The is too small. Hard to read.

The ornament was way smaller than as it was pictured. You have to use a magnifier to read the personalized print on the ornament. The print and coloring looked nice but it just was so tiny.

I was very impressed with the quality of the ornament itself. It's fit, finish, and durability exceeded my expectations. I knew that the quality of the picture I was using was poor (camera phone), but I was really disappointed by the lack of clarity in the printing of the pre-designed element (the red bar with white text). I expected my picture to be a bit fuzzy, but I expected the red bar to be crystal clear, and it was actually more fuzzy than the picture.
