Dice & Roses Note Card

This piece is pretty special. It's based on a place where I used to work when I was young. There was almost always music playing, unless a ball game was showing on TV. We played a lot of dice games, and one of them was called, "Fives". My friend invented "Fives" based on a game called "Threes". He passed in 2021. The place has these mirrors with roses on them, and the roses are backlit with pink lights. In the southwest window, a stained glass star ornament hangs in memory of another friend, who passed in 2024. Each of these components is included in the design, and let me tell you, it came quite naturally to create this piece.
