Disaster Mouse Pad

Designed a custom mouse pad with my name and amatuer radio call sign. In the preview step of the order process all of the lettering was on the mouse pads, I ordered two identical items. When I recieved them about a week later parts of the lettering was chopped off on both the top and bottom of the pad. I went back and again looked at the proof that I saved from the order and all the lettering was on it. Poor Quality Control. I don't understand why they would have even shipped them to me in that condition. I am going to try and get a refund. I Absolutely LOVE this mouse pad! It's even better than I expected! The picture I used is about 55 years old and the quality is amazing! My mom passed away Thanksgiving 3 years ago and this is just such a beautiful picture of her with us. I ordered one for each of my sisters for Christmas and I can't wait to give it to them. I love Zazzle! Everything I have received is top notch! Thank you for helping me keep this memory alive. I am completely satisfied with the print quality and the overall image. It turned out better than i could imagined!

It was meant for me and my wife. We wanted to collect all mouse pads that shows the different seasons. It turn out to be a nice quality with a winter scene. The printing was done in good quality and we are satisfied.
