If you want to have your calendar set up and ready for the first day of the new year, we recommend ordering it no later than the first week of December. This also gives you enough time to send out calendars to recipients if you intend for them to be gifts.

With Zazzle, you can choose any starting month and year for your calendar. Simply navigate to the ‘Start Date’ dropdown on the product page to choose your preferred starting time. While most calendars start in January, there’s a few situations where custom month calendars are handy, such as a calendar for a teacher that begins at the start of the school year, or a calendar that covers the exact financial year for a business. This can also be helpful if you're late designing your calendar but still want to get a full 12 months from it. Depending on your circumstances, a custom month starting date might benefit you, or the other person the calendar is for, so it’s worth considering.

Our calendars can cover as little as 1 month to as long as 24 months. To view all the available month lengths, click on the ‘Calendar Months’ dropdown on the product page. A month-only calendar may be useful for a certain immediate goal you have in mind, like fitness or saving, whereas a 12-month calendar is the standard for a year-long plan.

We offer 3 calendar sizes: Small (5.5 inches x 7 inches), Medium (8.5 inches x 11 inches), and Large (11 inches x 14.25 inches). You can also select between a Single Page calendar, which has the grid and the image on the same page, and a Two Page calendar, which will have the grid and image on two pages stacked on top of each other. To determine the most suitable calendar size for your needs, we recommend measuring the area you intend to display it. A Single Page calendar works better in a smaller space, while a Two Page calendar looks best in a more spacious area. Magnetic calendars are also available, if you'd like to hang it on the fridge, notice board, or a filing cabinet.

For all of our custom calendar sizes, we recommend only using images with a resolution of 200PPI (pixels per inch) or higher. Any images with less PPI may result in blurry-looking results. To check image resolution on an iPhone, swipe up on the photo, and if you’re using a Samsung Galaxy, click on ‘Details.’ To ensure your images are high-quality, we recommend uploading the original file and not a screenshot of the picture, as this can greatly diminish its quality. Our design tool will alert you with a blue or yellow bubble in the top-right corner if your uploaded image isn't the correct resolution for the size of the product.

Our calendars take 4 business days to be produced, not including the day on which you place your order. After the manufacturing time, your chosen shipping method will determine how quickly you can get your order. We offer multiple different shipping options that vary in speed and price, all of which will be shown during checkout. Options for calendars include our Express shipping (1 to 2 business days after manufacturing), our Premium shipping (2 to 3 business days after manufacturing) and our Standard shipping (4 to 7 business days after manufacturing).

Yes, our calendars are highly customizable to suit a range of style preferences, languages, and cultures. You can change how the grid will look by browsing through the different options in the ‘Grid Style’ section on the product page. These include a selection of basic, minimalist grids and colorful, illustrated grids. To change the text language, region, and holidays that will appear on the calendar, consult the ‘Culture’ and ‘Holidays’ dropdowns on the product page. You can also opt to choose ‘None’ for the holidays, which will give you an evergreen, unadorned calendar that works everywhere and allows for a little more room in each date box to write notes.

Since not everyone will want to order more than one calendar, we offer a quantity discount for anyone who does order multiple calendars. These range from 5% for 2 calendars to 35% for 250 calendars. To see if your order quantity qualifies for a bulk discount, check the ‘Qty:’ box on the product page. We also run daily promotional discounts for different products, and they don’t require bulk ordering. A bulk and a promotional discount can’t be combined, however, so if one discount exceeds the other, the larger discount will be applied and the other discount will be removed.
