The move towards One-World Government grinds on relentlessly. Here, the Bar-Code is symbolic of the personal chip implant, which will become compulsory for everyone. In the not too distant future a chip implant or other such mark (on the right hand or forehead) will tie an individual into the global electronic economy. The chip, or mark, will also lock everyone into the GPS surveillance system using the power of the worldwide Web (interesting names, the Web and the Net-----both are for trapping prey!). The technology is in place. It just needs the right political setting and a particular World Leader to use and abuse it! We will soon have a President of Europe and eventually a World President.
