I ordered "Do not disturb" door hangers for every member of my family. Since I picked the pictures, they were ones I love. Looking back on it, I'd suggest that you let the recipient choose the picture. While I love them all, some didn't and it led to a bit of hard feelings.
That is my suggestion - other than that, I think they are great! They are plastic, not paper like some I've seen and should last well. The printing and pictures are nice and clear.
