Decorate your room with this wood wall art with this vintage Art Nouveau image of a dragon with an aristocratic lady.
A dragon and a lady in Art Nouveau style. This is a vector rendering of a vintage image I found on the web. I particular like Art Nouveau, it's elegant, classy but still with a modern feel. The colors I used are vintage red, dark grey, yellow and green.
The dragon age may be long gone but these creatures are still part of our imagination. Every now and then a dragon pops op in a movie. Sometimes an evil murderous dragon and sometimes as cute pet. No Fantasy movie or book can do without a dragon.
Dragons are part of our folklore and usually it involves a sacrifice of a young woman. I don't when they appeared, there is the Welsh dragon, the dragon of Saint George and of course the Chinese dragons. Maybe they were just some monsters with snake properties which morphed in our "modern" dragon.

I am especially impressed with the hanging and display setup that these come with. You can easily hang them vertically or horizontally on the wall (with included screws & wall anchors), using the nail guides on the back side of the wood piece. Or, you can display your art on a shelf using the simple easel stand that comes with each wood print that you order. The sturdy birchwood is the perfect canvas for intricate and sharp designs with an abundance of text (and looks great with printed photographs too!).
Even with a fully printed background, you are still able to see the texture and pattern of the wood peeking through the design. Rather than printing white ink in the design, the natural colors of the wood shine through, giving it such a unique look!
