Duck cancer grey T-Shirt

Duck cancer grey T-Shirt

In 2018 Karen started her "journey" with uterine cancer...really she thought OK take the lady bits I do not need them anymore and continued on with life thinking that was an odd but do-able side trip. The doc was positive, stage 1B is nothing, we can do blood tests if you really need them (said with that patronizing tone that any adult remembers getting when you asked for something while shopping with your mom). Then 6 months later oops, and crumb, and taking colons parts, and leaving muscle pieces and you have recurrent cancer - YIKES. We retreated and wrestled and then came out fighting. In a text an autocorrect happened and a super hero was made. Karen defiantly says: “Duck cancer!” (while complaining about “stupid auto-correct.”) There is one thing that I can control about cancer and life - my response! Thanks Carrie Rumancik for coming up with the design and Dean Hachamovitch for the inspiration (the guy who has a patent on autocorrect - really apparently that is a thing).

My overall review is that the T-shirt is nice, it fits true to size however the font is significantly smaller than advertised and you can't read it. The printing is unreadable and there is a strain to read it. It does not look like the advertised product. Maybe the shirt color is darker or a larger more visible font should have been used. Photos with and without flash and font is barely legible.

I love wearing a reprint of my colored pencil drawing of Annie the cat looking over the hillside. My illustration is based on a picture I took of Annie the manx cat. The printing turned out lovely, and the shirt is soft and thick. The American Apparel shirt run on the smaller size, so I always order a large or extra large.
