Five geese with various ailments are visiting Dr. Quack. One goose is leaning on a cane and has a cast on its foot. Another is wearing an eye patch and one has a bandaged head. The doctor is peering down the throat of the first goose and there is a dispensary behind him of bottles of 'cough mixture' and 'pills' in this antique illustration from an 1899 children's book.
