I ordered this mug for a co-worker. It was supposed to be white, with his staple phrase on it. When it arrived I showed it to my co-workers right away....and everyone immediatelly noticed that the mug was NOT WHITE. It seems to have had SOMEONE ELSE'S photo on it at one time - a man and a woman, it looks like - and was very poorly covered up with white, which DID NOT WORK, and OVER these strange people's photo that shows through was the phrase I ordered. My husband had been complaining that all my coffee mugs were too small. I bought him the jumbo mug for Christmas and he loves it. The cup is made nicely and is not too heavy. The mug came in a box about 3 times the size of it. It was wrapped in several feet of large bubble pack. Thankfully that kept it from any shipping damage. I was a little worried when the heavy clear packing tape was taped right over my image but I was able to slowly peel it away and nothing was damaged. The printing is excellent. I am thrilled to see how clear the image printed. There do not appear to be any defects in the printing. The printing is smooth and seamless on the cup. I love how it turned out.
