Editable Emergency Identification Card Badge
This editable emergency Identification Card badge features a bright yellow stripe at the top with the words "Emergency Identification Card", a blue strip under it that says "Alzheimer's Patient" and a light yellow section below with personal information. On the back is a light yellow background with more personal information. All text is editable so go ahead and change the message to "dementia, Alzheimer's, Autistic, Down's Syndrome" etc. Change the personal information on the front and back. The colors of the strips and backgrounds on the front can be changed and the font style, size and color can be changed as well. Just make it your own.

I design and order this specifically for information not as an ID, yes it looks like a service dog ID but it's not it's information, the QR code on the front goes to his TikTok account You are more than welcome to follow him, and the one on the back goes to the ADA.gov frequently asked questions. I mainly got this as a second line of defense just in case something were to happen. there's been a lot going on in the service dog community, and uneducated people demanding to see ID cards. service dog ID cards are voluntary not mandatory, but oh well I got this card just in case so I didn't have to actually register him get an ID card that has absolutely no value.
