No one to talk to and multiple delays in delivery. I understand Covid, distribution, etc, but my last notification was that the delivery was due the 18th of Dec. Today is the 21st, have heard nothing. Can't talk to a person, and delivery tracking is minimal. So angry that I ordered from this company! No clue, since the product has not been delivered. Will NEVER order from this company again.

Totally useless contacted twice. Your email system makes it impossible to get results. Contact number, I included, not printed and item itself does not hold closed
Top number is cut off on the picture. In general All pictures it would be good to have quality control. See that it does not come out as it does in your proof. At that point, you don’t send it out and offer money back. On the large label, it is your sample. It is hard to copy the partially violet dog you created.

Product is good quality. Feels good to touch. Lux! Printing was perfect. Printing is just as advertised and beautiful.
Only problem is that the art reflects off the iPhone and therefore vibrates. As if the printing is off registration. But that is the nature of clear material being printed on and my artwork's fine lines. Perhaps the printed could be slightly more opaque.
