This with helium balloons attached and without has drawn so much attention - more than the agent's generic sign. I also made very descriptive brochures with her card that beach goers driving by pick up daily from the agent's box. It is sturdy, precious catchy art, and a winner for sure! I do bring it in when it rains though. .
