Elegant Flourish Deep Purple Wedding Programs

I ordered these programs for my wedding about 2 weeks before my wedding (cutting it close i know!). It said it would ship the next day. I waited almost a week for them and decided it should have been sent by now. I called the customer service line a little annoyed and the man I spoke to was SO understanding and accommodating. He called warehouse to make sure it was printed and would be shipped out that day or the next day. He also upgraded my shipping to next day free of charge. I didn't even complain to him yet which I was preparing to do. I just told him when i ordered it and that I needed it for that weekend. He immediately solved the problem and made me feel like a valued customer. The programs turned out BEAUTIFUL and arrived the next day from when I called. I will DEFINITELY buy from this company again-they definitely have great customer service down pact! Printing turned out great! It was a very nice quality! I received many compliments at the wedding from them.

Product came fast and was very easy to change the wording to match my needs. Worth paying and little bit extra for the matte finish. The ink wasn’t smeared at all, the papers were wrapped in plastic for safe keeping and cleanliness. All came with envelopes
