Very nice quality product that should last for years to come. Loved by all who received as a memorial thank you. The 5th star is for Zazzle and the talented artist Smokey Oaky allowing customization of this product and elegant design. Ordered the matte finish. Soft colors created soft backdrop to the words. Wondering if the high definition printing process was selected if the words would've stood out more. Would be nice/helpful if sample could be ordered or generic design sent to compare difference, especially when ordering bulk qty. I'm sure photo quality has an impact on clarity.
