Elegant Greenery Black Freezer Inventory Magnetic Dry Erase Sheet

I ordered 3 of these freezer inventory magnets. 2 of them are perfect! 1 one them was printed incorrectly and the word “date” was printed so close to the edge of the page that it’s missing the “te”. I sent a message and a picture to costumer service asking to have this one reprinted. They told me that I designed it that way so that’s how they printed it and there’s nothing they will do about it. Ummm I ordered 3 of these exact same item. 2 of them are great. I wasn’t upset about the misprint. Things happen, no big deal. I just asked for it to be corrected. I’m really disappointed in their costumer service. I’d give them 1 star just for their costumer service, but the 2 correct magnets really are nice. .
