The first time I ordered my 18 x 24" "Unplugged Signage" it arrived and the printing was not centered. Zazzle replaced this signage with a 17 1/2" x 23 1/2 " sign that fell through my frame as it was tooo small. I have tried to reach Zazzle at both of their customer support numbers and the recording asks me to call back during normal business hours. I have been calling at this time. Very frustrated. The quality of the sign was good it was just too small. The first signage the printing was not centered and had to be redone

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
