I ordered the 16 x 20 size option and received 15.5 x 19.5. I messaged customer service about it as I very specifically needed the 16 x 20 and asked for a replacement in the correct size. The first agent that replied, Fiona, certainly made it out to seem that I would be receiving a replacement. I had to reach out twice as I never heard anything else about it. It took 2 WEEKS to finally hear back from a different agent, Stephen, saying that if they re-printed it, it would be the same, that's "just the way they are produced". They refunded me. Unbelieve to me considering what Zazzle is? And they can't even print the correct size listed?? This was for my wedding so talk about extra unnecessary stress. Horrible experience. . Printing turned out fine

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
